It can be used as a half-sized bed rail to provide assistance from getting in and out of your bed or it can be extended to a full-sized bed rail to provide full fall protection at night. This adjustable bed rail can be adjusted easily with just a push of a button and can also be folded down when not in used. It is reversible, where it can be installed on either side of the bed with the adjustable end pointed toward the bottom of the bed. It also comes with a convenient organizer pouch to keep your personal items close by and a dual safety strap to secure the bed rail in place.
